Such great experience there. Clean hotel with great and stunning location in Montgomery just next door to restaurant in the area as well as the Interstate 85. Plenty of products for a fresh made breakfast.

Impressive and tidy room, exceptionally comfortable bed and pillows. Favourable and magnificent location in Montgomery, not far from mall, highway and restaurants, and freeway. Also, close to major highways.

We had a fairly nice stay in this exceptionally comfortable hotel. The room met standard, it was well-appointed and new-fashioned with good bathroom and free WiFi, as example. Everything seemed exceptional, clean. The staff was super friendly and amiable, some of them especially. Freeway was located close to the venue.

This place needs a state inspection. Open beer sitting on the washer by maid. Dirty floors and carpet. Hallways smell of smoke and mold. Swimming pool water was so cold you couldn't get in it and had bugs floating in water. The whirlpool was an empty hole. The exercise equipment was from the 70's and not working proper. On Sunday morning got up to get shower, wow to my surprise no hot water. I didn't even go to breakfast to scared from all the other problems. I will not be booking through any company again. I will be calling hotel direct. I have no trust in recommendations.

Communication about late checkout was poor.

Water pressure was good.

Bug in room, people were smoking and smell was in our room, floors looked dirty, bathroom shower was dirty (hair on the shower walls), T.V. didn't work, indoor pool was freezing cold (not heated, so kids couldn't swim), workout room was small, hot, and stuffy, coffee was out in breakfast buffet.

The owners/managers were very accommodating and friendly.

The hotel smelled of chlorine and cleaning products which isnt bad just too much. The room we stayed in wasnt new but was being renovated and it looked that way but it was way better than the first room where we were put that smelled of mold and smoke. This is a good hotel when you are on a budget and are not at the hotel a lot. Plus no remote for the tv.

The hotel offered nice, clean rooms with comfortable beds. Parking was ample, and the staff went above and beyond to provide excellent service. Special recognition goes to Mona at breakfast for her positivity and attentive care. Highly recommended.

The facility could use an overall painting/repairs in the interior. Neded some cartpet refreshing and vending machine were not kept stocked on basic soft drinks.

The setting is great, very close to mall, highway and restaurants, several chain restaurants and delis and food areas, very comfortable area. I truly enjoyed my room - quiet and updated with a walk-in shower.
